We had fun picking colours, you know it takes a looooong time for TSL orders to arrive but they’re just in time for the Fall, year end mood don’t you think? These stamps and other lovely things from , are the last of the stamps received during our summer break. When we got back to work it was a whole new schedule, with , who holds up the other end of the Smidapaper I ikigaishop banner, now fully immersed in her new role as early years and elementary school art teacher and still putting in hours before and after school, here at the shop. We may be a ‘part time shop’ but the work involved in getting journaling and planning supplies to you, all around the world is anything but part time. Can’t believed we managed, but we did. So yea, the last of that batch of stuff is up and live. And along the way all the other new things and diaries. And I tell ya, it ain’t over because more things are coming in. We’re going with the flow but that flow is moving fast!! Ok, just wanted to tell you that. Back to work.

Some things that we’ve been loving recently.

We love how everybody has a thing, maybe not so much ‘’style’, more of an expression. And at the same time we plan, we make lists, to do, to read, stuff like that. We document in all sorts of notebooks , bits of paper , notepads which we stick in our journals with stickers or tape, glue or clips. When we’re done each time, we tell ourselves, hey, nice! Or, I’ll use less or more colour. We leave weeks blank when we’re struggling filling up our ‘other ‘ notebook, the one that no one sees. We’re a diverse and creative bunch, aren’t we. A bond connects us. Love for paper. Carry on, people! Everything you put into your notebooks is YOU. ♥️
