Born to blossom, bloom to perish, from bud to bells under the crescent moon. Antique finished brass, mobius link chain with hook closure.

Growing up we were told never to point at the crescent moon lest we incur her wrath whereupon she would descend and cut our ears off for our insolence. Perhaps this neckpiece will act as a protective talisman against her fury?

The crescent form of this neckpiece has many antecedents across a myriad cultures throughout history from lunula collars from bronze age Ireland to tribal jewelry across African, east Asian and Southeast Asian nations.
