Teochew Lah-Bia is a delicious traditional delicacy, Ching Han Guan has maintained this excellent craftsmanship while adding our unique recipe including Candied Winter Melon, Candied Tangerine, Sesame and Fried Onion. Our Lah-Bia featuring a golden and vibrant color, a thin and crispy crust, and a thick, smooth lotus paste filling. It has a light and sweet flavor, rich but not greasy. Teochew Lah-Bia is now available at our HQ and new specialty store!
