🎂🍰🧁🍥🥮😋🤤CHOCOLATE GANACHE CAKE: This incredibly moist chocolate cake is smothered with a creamy chocolate ganache and whipped cream.
Ganache is a mixture of melted chocolate and cream that can be used as a glaze for pastries and desserts, a filling for cakes and for making chocolate truffles.
The basic ratio used when making ganache is two parts chocolate (usually a semisweet/bittersweet chocolate) to one part cream.
The mixture is heated just until the chocolate melts, then it can be poured directly on to the dessert you want to glaze with it. It creates a very smooth, glossy glaze with a luxurious mouthfeel, as the cream makes the chocolate much smoother than it would be on its own.
The ganache is used as a glaze while it is still warm to make it pourable, as it thickens up when cooled to room temperature. Cooled ganache is firm enough to handle, but it can be shaped and still melts on the tongue very easily.

Selamat hujung minggu semua. Apa plan u ols hari ni? Selain dari tempah kek, antara soalan yang selalu orang tanya K Husnul ialah “macam mana nak kemas rumah bersih2?” “macam mana nak maintain rumah bersih walaupun rumah ramai anak kecil?”
Kat ofis tu, dahi kita seolah2 dah tertulis “tempah kek homemade” dan “kemas rumah bersih rumah.” Sebagai insan yang ramai cucu kecik2 selalu datang rumah, dan selalu sibuk kat dapur buat kek, ada lah beberapa tips kita boleh share pasal bersihkan rumah.
Cuma kita share dari semasa ke semasa la eh. Sebab kalau naka citer dari A to Z, mungkin kena buat seminar 2-3 hari panjangnya.
Bigger picture nya, bila membersih mengemas rumah ni kena ada sistem, biarpun simple. Kalau takde main hentam je, tu yang rasa penat dan amik masa lama.
Step 1: apa2 ruang pun kita kemas, mulakan dengan planning. Kalau ada kipas siling misalnya, tapi kita selamba sapu lantai dulu baru bersihkan kipas. Nanti lepas bersihkan kipas, kena sapu lagi. Dah 2 kali kerja. Walaupun analogi ni nampak simple, selalu je kite terbuat bila takde planning. Tu yang penat dan bazir masa tu. So moh le plan dulu, tu 1st step
Step 2: Declutter - sisihkan barang yang bikin semak. Apa yang tak pakai, derma, buang atau recycle je. Apa yang rosak, decide nak repair lagi ke nak beli baru? Mana2 permukaan rata, kasi clear. Kalau nak mudah maintain, declutter sikit2 tiap hari. Ini lagi senang dari biar bersepah pastu declutter sekali jalan sebulan sekali. Kalau ada pun rutin kemas seminggu/sebulan sekali, dah tak banyak kerja. Amik masa dalam 5 minit je. Ini boleh bina momentum bila buat hari2.
Step 3: Deep cleaning - untuk pembersihan tapi, start high, go low (misalnya kipas siling vs perabot vs lantai tadi). Hard to reach places dlu, baru easy. Kalau dah sampai floor, mungkin kena letak kerusi makan atas meja dulu, bersihkan bawah sofa dlu, then baru start keseluruhan. Detail detailnye. Tapi birds eye view nye cmni la.
Step 4: Organize / susun atur - time ni kita detailkan susunan. Misalnya, benda macam cutting board, baking pan sumer, elok disusun menegak. Kalau ampaian nak kemas, cari yang bole lipat atau yang lekat kat dinding tu. Bila tak pakai bole lipat. Dalam drawer boleh cuba compartmentalize. Sudu 1 tempat, garpu 1, pisau 1. Boleh dapatkan kat SSF, ikea, dsb.
Step 5: Kemas. Tiap benda mesti ada tempatnya. Wayar yang berselirat boleh dilabel. Rempah ratus tepung bahan pun bole label. Mudahkan kita gak kan. Kemas apa2 yang serabut & boleh datangkan bahaya, terutama pada anak/cucu. Kemas nibada style masing2. Mungkin ada rezki kita detailkan lagi.
