We've received this season's fresh stock of Colombia Cauca Winey Strawberry. This season's naturally processed Pink Bourbon have even more mouth coating milk chocolate, and as usual nice fine red wine with strawberries fruitiness.

These beans processed by small farmers around Inza town are of the highest quality. They rent together in the indigenous community and do not have their own land. Each farmer is responsible for a part of the land and picks the red coffee cherries for processing.

These green beans are collected and became the Inza single-origin micro-lot with a SCA 85 score.

Fresh In! As a roastery, nothing excites more than receiving packages of fresh green bean.

This time round we've got hold of this year TOH winner (Africa Taste of Harvest Washed Category),
also another quality Geisha from Ethiopia Bench Maji zone (famed as the birthplace of Geisha origin),
and restocking fresh crops for our crowd favourite from Colombia Monteblanco farm.

We're excited to share that, we'll be serving Geisha SOE (single origin espresso) as our staple espresso beans offering going forward, as we've secured a few fresh crops this year.

First off the series will be Ethiopia Gelena Geishas from the Yirgacheffe region.

Expect pleasing White Floral note, Candied Bergamot, Fragrant Jasmine Tea. When paired with milk, it's literally sweetened milk tea with candied orange.

Limited servings available before we change to another geishas!

Our Cream on Black pairs really well with our single origin El Salvador El Borbollon.

Burst of creaminess, muscovado sugar, coconut coffee candy, with light touch of orange freshness.

COLOMBIA FINCA AMIGOS SUDAN RUME // We've finally secured our first Sudan Rume offering. Sudan Rume is an ancient landrace coffee bean varietal first discovered at South Sudan. It's a relatively rare varietal and hard to get hold of due to its low yielding and excellent cup quality.

This lot has been carefully produced by the experimental farm called Finca Amigos in Colombia, and it doesn't dissapoint. After various roasting attempts, these beans surprise us with complex flavors that range from fruity tea spices, stewed fruits, and sticky dates sweetness, with a hint of floral notes!

Costa Rica Las Lajas Microlot //
Francisca and Oscar run the revered Las Lajas micro mill known for amazing cup quality. They are also organic coffee pioneers and one of the few certified organic farms in Costa Rica.

A specialty of Las Lajas, the black honey process has been developed and refined over the seasons and involves the coffee being left on the patio for a period of 24 hours. This process is the longest honey process used at Las Lajas to ensure the utmost sweet and fruit forward profile.

Expect mesmerizing notes of green grapes, berries, grapefruit, with a long lasting lingering blackcurrant juiciness.
