Transformation of a classic cinema to a vibrant art and cultural hub.

Serenity in the courtyard, MY.

Proposed housing project with total 24 units of double storey semi-d houses with floor area of 2300sf each to be built on 2.5 acres plot at Kuala Langat, Selangor, MY.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area are connected, with large opening and direct access to side garden become extension of outdoor family activity area. The layout of inner spaces is divided into 2 segments with dining area (ground floor) and family area (first floor) as focal point of home to encourage spatial interconnection.

The façade design of 2 semi-d houses is integrated and connected to create an independent building along the street. Master bedroom and bathroom glazed windows are positioned proportionately with background walls to form an aesthetically pleasing and balanced finish to the houses.

The façade design idea is to shape the building volume with pleasing proportion and rhythm, solid to void relationship and materiality.

**FACADE PROPOSAL 1

Upon entering the main entrance at south-east side, one immediately notices the lush green tree at front courtyard that accentuates sense of openness and welcoming to the occupants and guests. The façade design idea is to shape the building volume with pleasing proportion and rhythm, solid to void relationship and materiality.

Upon entering the main entrance at south-east side, one immediately notices the lush green tree at front courtyard that accentuates sense of openness and welcoming to the occupants and guests. The façade design idea is to shape the building volume with pleasing proportion and rhythm, solid to void relationship and materiality.

The arrangement of the house allowed the main spaces are facing inner courtyard and openings facing landscape area at the front and back of the plot. This creates the privacy to the house without compromise the pe*******on of natural daylight and ventilation into internal area. The water feature which incorporates with landscaping at inner courtyard, plays an important role to create a strong focal point for the main space of the house. It also provides passive cooling with breeze blow through when the windows are open at living, dining, family area, and bedrooms.

Architects explore the composition of greenery views from interior, the juxtaposition of spaces and luxury experience and journey throughout spatial planning to create a home that is harmony, warm and immersive.

Repetition elements bring sense of cohesiveness and unity.

Factory project with total 8 lots, range from 10,000 sf to 16,000sf built up area each factory at Kuala Langat, Selangor MY. The site is rectangular plot of 3 acres land.

Architects use monochromatic colour scheme to create stark contrast between black and white on grey background wall. This engraves a bold minimalism to define unique form of office building at the front of development.

The black colour wall blends with large windows to emphasize the use of light in office workspace. Again, the white colour wall is to allow factory's signage to display in a more organized way.

Factory project with total built-up area of 45,000 sqft at Puncak Alam, Selangor, MY.

Design 1
Tilting the windows to avoid direct facing west sun and create an interesting character of façade treatment.
The double volume terrace area to emphasize on solid and void massing, and also acts as semi outdoor social space for office.

Factory project with total 6 lots of 26,500 sf built up area each factory at Kuala Langat, Selangor MY. The site is rectangular plot of 5 acres land.

The overall architecture features a coordinated palette of white, black, grey and brown colour, to create a modern and simplistic visual impression.

The front facades are composed of white solid wall and glass in proportionately, allow factory's signage to locate within a controlled "frame" and also bring sufficient daylight pe*****te into internal spaces. Top 2 floors are embraced within a tapered frame to give a sense of dynamism that activates the building frontage facing the main road.

Interior design for 3 storey Semi-D House with 4200sf built up area at Shah Alam, MY

White colour adds to the volume of soft grey-brown hues. Nothing is attention-getting, only feeling of calm, lesiure and harmony exist in home. Black marbles with white veins in particular areas create timeless and elegant finishing touch to the hall space.

Break down the building massing by recessing and projecting the building volumes under a giant tropical roof, expressing individual volume of spaces to achieve personalization and identity.
