\. We will begin with understanding your site or property
\. We’ll find out more about you and your design ambitions for the project along with your timelines and budgets
\. We’ll work closely with you to understand your needs and identify your design preferences.

\. Concept design is the beginning of the creative process
\. We’ll begin to develop architectural layouts for your property as we begin to investigate existing and relevant new finishes, design styles and trends
\. We’ll then create renders and early 3D visualization describing the volumetric aspects of the design
/03 Design 细节设计
\. This stage we get into the details of design scheme
\. We’ll fine-tune the internal layouts, specify key finishes + materials for the floors, walls, ceiling fixtures along with M&E requirements before finalizing the design scheme.
/04 Technical 设计改良
\. With the design signed off, we proceed to the Technical Design Stage, where we prepare a coordinated, fully-detailed construction drawing for the project
\. Includes necessary demolishing and all proposed new details for the build works.
/05 Cost Evaluation 设计评估
\. We work closely with our design team to determine the best and appropriate costing for all build works
\. All costing will be issued according to construction drawings and schedules issued by our design team
/06 Construction 设计施工
\. We coordinate closely with both the design and construction teams to achieve 99.8% similarity with our design proposal
\. We will also collaborate closely with associated suppliers to ensure all of our clients receive safe and good quality products.
/07 Post-Completion 施工完成
\. As the project comes to completion, we will visit the site to inspect all of the complete works, if necessary, we will prepare a schedule of defects
\. Both our design and construction teams will always be ready to assist in making good all the defects.

The first home owned by newlywed couples. The design engages Japandi style that reflects the minimalist and sleek living style of the young couple. Without being limited by existing beam structure, the design reflects earth color tone on both the ceiling and the flooring. It aims to resemble how much the young couple appreciate the raw and color texture of wood. Therefore the design comes with the intention to enhance the hue and saturation of wood that flows through the interior space. // The Couple House // turns up with the story that the personality of both young couples has been embedded naturally into the space design.

The design concept starts with the idea to portray the elegance of the Chinese Palace. Warm lighting used to elevate the quality of Chinese herbs which are displayed brightly on every wooden finish shelf. Warm ambience brings a meaning of happy, youthful color, full of hope and positivity. The overall design challenges the combination of black metal frame & wooden texture. The design contrast aims to reflect the rawness and preciousness of traditional Chinese Herbs being appreciated & harvested until this modern era. // The Live Retail // turns up with the story to remind customers of appreciating their health & those precious Chinese Herbs while shopping.

The first home anticipated by a pair of young enthusiastic couples. A homey environment with the modern touch of simplicity. Taking advantage of the existing layout, the design creates soft boundaries between space enhancing overall spatial experience and yet compatible to please the couples daily and storage needs. The minimalist aesthetics reflected the elegant and sleek urban style living of the young couple. A combination of earthy color and layers of interior lighting were designed to create a warm and cozy tone that enlightened their day after work.
