I know a lot of people struggle with stress, sleep and want to be strong, physically and mentally
I too have struggled with these problems for a long time until I discovered a secret to overcome them and I just want to share what I have learned on my journey.
For many years, I had no idea how to deal with emotional problems.
I started my journey by reading books, seeking consultations and trying a lot of therapies and things didn’t get any better. It wasn’t until I discovered and practiced a proven more than 2000 years ancient secret that I felt alive again. It has proven to be very effective for those who practiced it during the pandemic.
The first tip I can give is that changing one’s mindset is most important & I have a whole lot more to share
When dealing with emotional problems, absolutely DO NOT ignore or try to conceal them. I spent a long time doing that and found that it only makes things worse. There is no way you knew that when you first started out and I want to save you the emotional roller coaster of going down the same road I did. I found a much better solution when I started researching the Yin & Yang mindset.
Now there is way more to this than I can share in this article but I want to make sure and give you a starting point. Do let me know if you have heard of the concept of Yin & Yang.
When I started, I wasn’t told the whole truth about emotional problems You see, for more than 20 years, I was stressed, unable to sleep soundly and was sick of always feeling tired and just wanted to be stress-free, can sleep soundly and be strong physically and mentally.
Hence, I need to find a better way. A way that does not require me to either suppress it or spend tons of money seeking expensive treatments. I no longer have to suffer unnecessary because there is a better way. My biggest piece of advice for anyone who is experiencing stress now is to find a quiet place, sit still with your back straight and shoulders relaxed by your side and breath slowly, counting 1 to 10 and recite slowly “The massive universe will bless me with compassion and wisdom to overcome this” for 5 minutes. It will give you some immediate relief.
I would bet my hard-earned money that many of us have 1 of these 3 fears when it comes to dealing with stress and other emotional problems. We are afraid
1) of appearing weak
2) reaching out because of the stigma
3) of spending money and time with no effective results
I know because I had all those same fears too. But I can prove to you they are all garbage. Take
Fear No. 1:
The fear of appearing weak. This is irrational as everyone has stress
Fear No 2:
The fear of reaching out because of the stigma. This is the biggest fear. I will show you a way that not reaching out is the stigma, not the other way round.
Fear No.3:
Fear of spending time & money with no effective results. Isn’t it time to find a better way?
Now that we have squashed these fears, what else can we squash? Kindly let me know your No. 1 fear.
I have noticed that there are coaches who tell you to do a specific exercise that they don’t actually do themselves? For instance, they will tell you to be mindful and promise fantastic results but don’t actually do it themselves?
Well, I have been on this journey for more than 20 years and only share things that I actually do in my life and that works for others and I will give it straight to you.
Nobody has time to train like a monk to attain inner peace. So, what can we do right now?
“Watch our thoughts. See them rising and falling away.
Ask yourself “What is the next thought?”
Are our thoughts subsiding?”
For anyone trying to be stress-free, then embracing the Yin & Yang mindset is a very good starting point.
When others did that, they are stress-free, can sleep soundly and are strong, physically and mentally.
It won’t come from mere positive thinking, affirmations, visualizations or mindfulness practice which many people found to be short-lived, boring and worst, give them a false sense of security that everything is OK.
It can come from embracing and practicing the Yin & Yang mindset which will help you to be stress-free, sleep soundly and be strong, physically and mentally.
I have fully embraced this mindset and others are living proof of its effectiveness to be stress-free and can sleep soundly and strong, mentally & physically.
