The conceptual idea for this project based on Modern Colonial Design.

The touch of darker tone solid wood cabinetry & flooring while lighter earthy tone at the top is the main features for this house in order to maintain the high end looks.
Separation between private & semi private area is the main focus while zoning the space of this house.

Design conceptual idea for this project based on Modern Colonial Design.
