Savour some of Malaysia’s coastal charms with Setiawan white clams, steamed in a fermented chili broth. Our broth takes over two weeks to prepare, a delicious fermented concoction of red chili, garlic, and spices. To elevate each bite, we infuse a touch of smoky sophistication with our homemade smoked oil, created by burning charcoal and dipping it in oil.
