ANNOUNCEMENT: UNDERGRADUATE ONLINE COURSE ADJUSTMENT FOR AHAS KIRKHS COURSES, SEMESTER 1, 2024/2025

Please be informed that students who would like to manually add AHAS KIRKHS courses for SEMESTER 1, 2024/2025 can do so by filling in the Google Form (refer to Attachment below) from 11th September (Wednesday, 9:00 am) until 22nd September 2024 (Sunday, 12:00 pm).

The Google Form links are managed by the respective departments which offer the courses. The registration, however, is limited to courses offered by AHAS KIRKHS only, sorted by department links and is subject to the department’s prerogative. All applications should be supported with relevant documents.

You are required to click any of the following links to register your intended course/s. (e.g. If you are a BARBM student and would like to register RKQS courses, please click the link of the Department of Qur’an and Sunnah Studies).

The Kulliyyah will not accept any further requests for manual course registration once the designated period for the Google Form application ends.

REMINDER TO STUDENTS

1. Kindly make the necessary payment for your outstanding fees (if any) in advance to enable the departments to register your intended courses.

2. If the course sections are full, the Department has the prerogative to register for courses that are not of your choice but within your study plan to help you secure a minimum of 12 credit hours as required by the University. Please do not drop the assigned courses.

3. Please take note that your application is considered unsuccessful if the course does not appear on your Course Registration Confirmation slip by 1st October 2024 (Tuesday) @ 5 pm. However, you are required to check your Registration slip from time to time (preferably until the 4th Week of Semester 1, 2024/2025) for courses that may be added by the relevant Departments for underload students.

4. Late Registration

A penalty of RM100 is imposed on those who did not register and did not attempt the Course Registration.
A charge of RM5 per day and per course for late adjustments during the second week of the semester.

Based on the Undergraduate Committee Meeting (UGCM) No.1/2024 held on 19th February 2024, it has been decided that students who wish to have minor in Halal Industry Studies must obtain at least an A- for RKFQ 1310 (Introduction to Islamic Jurisprudence) (for HS student) or RKFQ 1311 (Al-Madkhal Ila al-Fiqh al-Islami) (for IRK student).

NOTIFICATION ON OFFERING OF TILAWAH AL QURAN AND QURANICLANGUAGE SUBJECTS (OLD COURSE CODES) FOR SEMESTER 3, 2023/2024

CELPAD will no longer offer the old Tilawah and Quranic Language codes beginning Semester 1, 2024/2025 as follows:

Tilawah Al Quran Subjects:
TQ 1001 (Tilawah Al Quran 1)
TQ 2001 (Tilawah Al Quran 2)

Quranic Language Subjects:
LQ 1008 (Quranic Language 1)
LQ 2008 (Quranic Language 2)

ANNOUNCEMENT: UNDERGRADUATE ONLINE COURSE ADJUSTMENT FOR AHAS KIRKHS COURSES, SEMESTER 2, 2022/2023

Please be informed that students who would like to manually add AHAS KIRKHS courses for SEMESTER 2, 2022/2023 can do so by filling in the Microsoft Form (refer to Attachment below) Microsoft Form (refer Attachment below) from 6 February (Monday, 8.00 am) until 24 February 2023 (Friday, 12.00 pm).

The Microsoft Form links are managed by the respective departments which offer the courses. The registration, however, is limited to courses offered by AHAS KIRKHS only, sorted by department links and is subject to the department’s prerogative. All applications should be supported with relevant documents.
You are required to click any of the following links to register your intended course/s. (e.g. If you are a BARBM student and would like to register RKQS courses, please click the link of the Department of Qu’ran and Sunnah Studies)

The Kulliyyah will not accept any further requests for manual course registration once the designated period for the Microsoft Form application ends.

REMINDER TO STUDENTS

1. Kindly make the necessary payment for your outstanding fees (if any) in advance to enable the departments to register your intended courses.

2. If the course sections are full, the Department has the prerogative to register for courses that are not of your choice but within your study plan to help you secure a minimum of 12 credit hours as required by the University. Please do not drop the assigned courses.

3. Please take note that your application is considered unsuccessful if the course does not appear on your Course Registration Confirmation slip by 10 March 2023 (Friday) before 5 pm. However, you are required to check your Registration slip from time to time (preferably until the 4th Week of Semester 2, 2022/2023) for courses that may be added by the relevant Departments for underload students.
