•Charm•Chain•Change
Is the ‘why’ concept to build the house.
In the new living concept of millionaire world changes accordingly the creative and innovative mindset of youngest yet the undeniable fact that never change is the relationship that each family have in the entire world. In that case, cultivating new ideas by keeping the old concept is where we bring the new era to this houses.

•Charm•
Taking Pandora charm as an inspiration, we charm the garden with many elements such as cement sitting block, ventilation block wall and garden planter block. Charming this elements together produce a complete charm such as a complete Pandora charm.

•Chain•
To chain up the gap between the three generations, we build the Square Charm Garden where that they can enjoy activities like relaxing chit-chats, running around thus creating memorable moments together.

•Change•
Change is the most important aspect which is needed in an interior design by not only changing certain areas that is needed but, changing the interior with connecting user with sharing areas. It is the innovative changes that can bring families together and a responsibility for interior designers to create a better living space for all.

What makes a family come together as one is having a strong bond, meaning ”a strong chain”. Upon designing a home especially with several passed on generations such as elderly, families and grandchildren, it is essential for us to connect this family bond with the idea of chaining up every connections, feelings, surroundings and the people with the interior and architecture.

The sky_ net@ house

Sky net is the name given to a house that is inspired by the natural sky in every corner. We can enjoy the sun and stars, regardless of whether we are under a metal platform net or a sleeping net, which is used in every bedroom in the house.

The concept of this house is a modern Malaysian tropical house with a lot of tropical wood and local art pieces and plants. The owner believes that supporting local businesses is the best way to give back.

It was a challenge to design a creative and new concept for a traditional family with a practical living life style. Lots of ideas came up and we chose to take a balance in between. Eventually, we completed the project with a joyful, creative, and functional place to call home.

Natural light and fresh air are always a free gift from Mother Earth in tropical living, and it has become an environmentally friendly property.

This is the first consideration in 'YS' when designing a home. Particularly in Malaysia, where the terrace is always devoid of natural light.

We would like to thank many people for helping us finish the house during the challenging pandemic period, including subcontractors who prioritised the project, teams who worked tirelessly on the project, and our lovely clients who waited patiently for us to finish it.
