We are great proponents of fuchsia and are overjoyed that pantone announced thier colour of the year for 2023 - Viva Magenta. According New York Times critic at large Jason Farago put it, “a saturated shade honking at the threshold of fuchsia, definitely not organic but not quite electric.”

Our Director Ar Sarly is happy to share regarding the malaysiaGBC Carbon Score and carbon measurement in general in this webinar organised by malaysiaGBC Northern Chapter on the 18th December 2021 (Saturday) 9.00am – 12.00pm. Carbon is the most significant matrix with regard to measuring impact to the environment and buildings is one of the biggest contributors to it. Many have purported to embark on lower carbon but to actually achieve real results we need to measure it properly.

Challenging time today for our Ar Sarly being the Chief Judge for the Asia Young Designer Awards 2021 final 13 presentation which have beat over 800 entries to be in the finals representing the top 1.5 percent of the entrants, the real crème of the crème which mean that the difference in quality between the schemes are very small and minute. The fact that we have 13 in the finals is a testament to that as allocation by the AYDA organiser is only 12 finalist, but the judges felt that it would not be fair to omit entries that are so close in terms of marking, hence we petitioned to have 13 finalist for judging.
