Suntikan Meningococcal Quadrivalent (ACYW-135) ialah suntikan *wajib* untuk semua jemaah haji dan umrah, seperti yang ditetapkan oleh kerajaan Arab Saudi. Berikut adalah maklumat penting yang perlu diambil perhatian oleh setiap bakal jemaah:

1. Perlu diambil sekurang-kurangnya dua (2) minggu sebelum berangkat ke Tanah Suci Mekah.
2. Vaksin ini dapat mengekalkan daya imuniti tubuh selama dua (2) hingga lima (5) tahun.

Vaksin tambahan adalah Influenza & Pneumococcal.

Earwax: Stay or Go? 不挖耳屎，耳朵會不會被塞住？

Earwax helps shield the canal from water, infection, and injury. Usually earwax migrates from inside the canal to the outer ear.

However.....Some people also naturally produce a lot of wax, leading to buildup. Hardened earwax can cause discomfort, hearing loss, and ringing in the ears (tinnitus).

See your doctor if you have ear pain. You can get medical help to remove a blockage.

Avoid cotton buds, as these push wax further into the ear.

耳屎其實不單純是耳朵的污垢，它還有「清潔」、「潤滑」以及「保護」外耳道的功能。正常情況下，耳屎會由最深處的耳膜，慢慢地往外推出，大部分的人不需要刻意清除。

有的人的耳屎是濕性的，稱為油耳；有些是乾性硬物，稱為乾耳，這是因個人體質不同而有不同。

若是因為耳屎塞住而造成聽力下降/耳朵痛，就可以找醫生將其清除。

盡量避免棉花棒因為使用棉花棒只是將耳垢推入更深處～

Foreign Body Removal from leg within 15mins. Uncle X’s leg was hit by a tiny stone while cutting grass, the entry wound was very small which is usually cause by high velocity, so the foreign body(stone) was embedded in the tissue. He felt it but couldn’t remove it.
