•✅It’s the best way to really learn about your individual scoliosis curves. Each spine is unique and it’s really empowering to take the time to understand what’s going on in your own body.

• ✅You can learn Scoliosis specific corrections or movement adaptations that are unique to your curve type. Not all Scoliosis exercise is one-size-fits-all so it’s better to have a tailored approach.
• ✅Working in a 1:1 environment allows you to focus on your own personal goals, whether that’s finding pain management strategies through movement or learning how to improve your performance in your favourite sports or hobbies.
