1.Osteoarthritis is a condition of overuse the joint. Our knee is a hinge joint and also daily weight bearing joint.
2.How can we prevent this, let go through a simple steps.
a)Pls do check your ankle , and knee alignment. Posture can be corrected if detected early.
b)Learn how to wear the right type of shoes. Example: neutral, support, cushioned.
c)Learn to exercise right. Running, crosstrainer, yoga .
