ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to the massive Water Supply Disruption affecting most parts of the Klang Valley, Iberico Kitchen is NOT spared either.

We remain OPEN to serve our customers but do note that we have suspended our food delivery on Grab and Beep until this disruption is resumed.

To limit water usage efficiently, we are also temporarily closing our washroom facilities to dine-in customers. The hand-wash area, however, remains opened and available.

We have kept water hygienically for restaurant usage, to complement our extra water storage tank, in order for our Kitchen to function as best as we can.

We are monitoring our stored supply closely and would update on our social media again if other further rectification actions are required.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter!

APPRECIATION & APOLOGIES

SS2, amongst many other areas, were inundated with a super heavy freak storm that left a trail of havoc in its aftermath last Saturday 25th May 2024. Our restaurant was not spared. It was badly affected in terms of our electricity supply to our area. Fallen trees and blown-off signages caused the collapse of quite some electrical poles and wirings.

We would like to express our utmost appreciation to all customers who dined-in that Saturday evening, despite the uncomfortable situation. Your understanding of the force majeure scenario touched our hearts.

And to all our customers who were reserved for Sunday dine-in, we felt it was our responsibility to pre-empt you of the situation which has not improved by then, because your dining experience at Iberico Kitchen matters a lot to us as well. We understood the cancellations, and we were sorry you had to make alternative dining plans.

We made numerous calls to TNB, but unfortunately they had too many cases to attend to, and they were probably stretched thin working round the clock to resolve matters. We only had our electricity supply reinstated past 12am Monday 27th May, finally .....

We look forward to serving you again as usual from now onwards. It was a challenging weekend, yet we are truly heartened by our customers' understanding and graciousness, as always.
