Hi there! Min here! The owner/head chef/waiter/cashier/dishwasher of Mean Mince. As many of you know, I have been running MM with my wife Stephanie for the past 5+ years. After the arrival of my son, Steph and I have stepped back from the business to spend time with and raise him.

This brings us to the point of this post. As the business is running on its own now, we have decided to pass on the management of the business to someone else but don’t worry, it is still within the family. We will be watching over the restaurant from a far (but not too far!), while we look forward to more opportunities life will bring us.

We would like to thank everyone of our customers who came and dined with us, enjoyed our burgers through tough times and happy times. We are grateful for the customers we’ve met and friends we’ve made while running MM. Above all, we are most fulfilled knowing that the food Min has crafted has brought and continues to bring great joy and satisfaction to those who have tried it.

We proudly introduce Nik Md Syazmin, fondly known as Min, the person behind this American Fare spot!

A trained culinary chef👨🏻‍🍳 who spent some years abroad, Min has a diverse background, a grad from Switzerland to an alumnus from Birmingham University College. From working at Pl***oy Club at Mayfair, London under the guidance of Executive Chef & Iron Chef UK to coming home and being a head chef to finally opening the irresistible and much-loved Mean Mince!

Min is the man to watch out for. Promising you scrumptious American-style fares such as 🍔 and🥛shakes to jalapeño poppers, mozzarella 🧀 sticks, and churros.
