Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for local student recruitments.
• To actively participate in lead generation and conversion activities.
• Represents the Academy at education fairs, roadshows, workshops, and builds relationships with schools
• Develop, execute, and regularly monitors marketing, admissions and enrolment plans.
• Making outbound marketing and sales effort via phone and email to achieve enrolment rate goals.
• Provides accurate information, advice, and guidance to prospective parents about the curriculum and student life.
• Explain educational programmes, admission processes, expected graduate outcomes .
• Conducting sales presentations through online and offline
• Online and offline research to identify potential clients in the region
• Achieving given sales target
• Maintain close links with stakeholders in the industry such as education institutions, other agent partners, school principals and counsellors,
• Maintain good product knowledge, industry knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher in Business/Sales & Marketing/Marcomm/Education or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution with involvement in marketing and student recruitment.
• Highly driven and sales oriented with the ability to balance the interest of students seeking advice.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with parents and students in a courteous and professional manner.
• Possess good planning, organizing, coordinating, presentation and time management skills.
• A good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates with the ability to speak Mandarin, Hindi or Tamil is preferred.
Remuneration
• Basic salary from RM2,500 or higher with an attractive commission plan.
