Persatuan Kanak-Kanak Cerebral Palsy (Spastik) Pulau Pinang or in English known as the Cerebral Palsy Association of Penang (CPAP), since its founding in 1962, is a non-profit organization committed to offering academic, rehabilitation, and vocational services to individuals with cerebral palsy, regardless of their religion or ethnicity. Anak-anak adalah amanah yang perlu dijaga dan dihargai dengan penuh kasih sayang. Keletah, tingkah laku anak-anak boleh manjadikan ibu ayah atau sesiapa saja terhibur atau sebaliknya. Jadi elak anak menjadi mangsa apabila kita menjadikan mereka seperti bahan/ objek untuk kepentingan peribadi, status sosial, atau hiburan, ia boleh memberikan kesan negatif kepada perkembangan emosi dan psikologi mereka. Anak-anak yang sering dieksploitasi dan dimanipulasi perasaannya boleh mengakibatkan mereka merasa tidak dihargai dan terpinggir. Apabila anak merasa diri mereka tidak dipedulikan dan hanya digunakan untuk kepentingan lain, mereka mungkin mencari jalan untuk mengisi kekosongan emosi tersebut, dan jika tersalah pilih kawan mungkin mereka boleh terdedah pelbagai perkara negatif termasuk dadah.
Peka terhadap perasaan anak-anak dan pastikan mereka merasa disayangi dan dihargai sebagai individu, berkembang dan membesar seperti kanak-kanak lain bukan menjadikan mereka bahan/ objek yang memberi kepentingan sendiri. Jadikan anak sebagai insan yang dihormati dan didengar, bukan sebagai objek yang dieksploitasi.
