Daily compression, bursting and paper board quality (BQ) test and record.
Prepare daily Production In-process Inspection Report.
Prepare daily Final Out-going Inspection Report.
Compile First Piece Inspection, In-coming Inspection & COA report.
Prepare new sample for customer submission.
Prepare hand cut samples requested by Sales team or production (small order quantity).
Prepare monthly monitoring check for fire extinguisher, Hydrant, emergency exit signs, electrical & gas usage.
Update new Master Card for production use.
New Printing block inspection.
Update the latest ISO documents.
Do rework at customer as and when required.
