Perform outbounds calls to potential customers
• To work closely with and maintain and excellent business relationship with new customers.

• Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Min qualification: SPM

Position : Customer Service Executive

Responsibility:
• Handling daily jobs for both import and export shipment. (i.e: Bill of Lading, Arrival Notice, Invoices & Transport)
• Handling any document inquiries from internal/ external customers.
• Provide excellent customer service in export and import operations, proactive in arranging and coordinating with customers on all shipping relevant matters.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and coordinate internally for import/export shipments
• Inventory tracking and control
• To be the point of contact in daily management and ensuring smooth ex*****on of overall booking space with feeders/vessel operator.

Requirement :
• Minimum SPM
• Chinese Female
• Age 18-25
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Possess problem solving skills
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
• Able to manage PC & Microsoft Window.
