The meat is succulently herbed, marinated, rolled and then baked until the skin develops a perfect crunch.

Each Order Comes with:

Among the reasons we at Three Plates Full have decided to switch to Chocolate Concierge, besides the fact that they work very closely with our Orang Asli community to sustainably grow and harvest cacao, is because the chocolate itself is SIMPLY DELICIOUS.

Like our Matcha from the previous post, we have kept the preparation for this beverage simple - to let the natural raw flavours from this exquisite ingredient shine through.

To start, the Chocolate Concierge chocolate “shards” are gently melted into a soft slush before it is combined with frothed milk to add sweetness; enhance the mouthfeel and texture of the drink.

Chocolate Concierge Hot Chocolate is available now at Three Plates Full. Iced and mocha versions of this drink is also available.

Long time no see!

We’ve been busy fine tuning our recipes and processes - the result is we’ve retired our old “Day/Night” Menu system.

Now there is only ONE MENU.

While at it, we also took the opportunity to add some new dishes with brand new flavours to our repertoire.

Among them - our new taste-bud-scintillating Sazon seasoned Pork Steak; more-chicken-than-salad Cajun Chicken Salad and a new Pink Pasta, for those of you who love red and white sauce equally (and more).

The creation of these dishes are guided by our philosophy of “Honest Ingredients, Sincere Cooking” - with an extra emphasis of “comfort and value” this time round.

Our Alfredo pasta gets all the attention, but there is another pasta, the Tiger Prawns & Bacon chilli garlic aglio olio that is actually pretty good too!

Using only large, fresh, juicy tiger prawns, sautéd with our homemade bacon, garlic, chilli oil and linguine pasta, this is a straightforward dish - using honest ingredients and cooked sincerely by our team of chefs.

Our Bacon and Mushroom Alfredo is a prime example of a dish that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Using our very own house-smoked bacon, sautéed with a trio of mushrooms, mixed onto Italian fettuccine pasta and luscious crème… the parmesan garnish seems a little brutish in comparison to the ingredients that came before it, but it is precisely the punctum that gives the dish the textural, flavourful oomph that is mandatory for a dish to be well-received when served in Malaysia.

A lot of times, cooking is all about letting the ingredients shine.

Our new weekend special is only lightly marinated before it is oven baked, to allow all the natural flavours of the fish to come through.

Each whole Seabass is served with a medley of roasted vegetables and our home made Lemon Herb Beurre Blanc sauce.

This dish needs no introduction to our regular friends at Three Plates Full.

By far the most popular, voted by all of you - the Bacon and Mushroom Alfredo Fettuccine.

Featuring our own house-smoked bacon, three types of mushrooms - Shimeji, Button and Oyster - cooked over creme, Italian fettuccine pasta and finished with a dash of finely chopped parsley followed by a shower of parmesan cheese - its eloquence that can be tasted.

We personally find that it pairs extremely well with our own Fried Chicken (or a Chardonnay). Bring a friend and try it together today!
