Reflecting on Christmas: Yes or No?

Our last week's fireside chat was truly eye-opening. We talked about the origins of Christmas, a topic not mentioned anywhere in the Bible, and also St. Nicholas, who became the Santa Claus. This session was a blessing as it shed light on a centuries-old controversy and preparing us to share the true meaning of Christmas with others.

A heartfelt appreciation to Pastor Gregory and CJ for their hard work in preparing this session, and we can't wait for our next fireside chat!

CHRISTMAS FIESTA 2023🎉🎄: The night kicked off with an exciting Christmas special, Joy to the World, performed by our very own Lighthouse Fellowship choir 🎶!

During the night, everyone was entertained with a line up of games, trivia questions, a stand up comedy and many songs that brought about the Christmas cheer and celebration for the night!

Pastor Gregory ministered a message that triggered a reminder for everyone not to forget the primary reason for this season, the birth of our saviour, Jesus Christ.

The night ended with a time of food and fellowship creating memories and conversations that will be cherished❤️.

We had a fun Sunday to celebrate this special day, where our mums were put to various tests!

We started off with a drawing challenge, where the mums and their children had to showcase their artistic skills by drawing a portrait of each other. The results were absolutely beautiful and heartwarming!

Next up was a Bible quiz to see how well they know about the mothers in the Bible, and of course all of them passed the test with flying colors.

We then moved on to a taste test challenge, where the mims had to guess a very specific secret ingredient in the dishes. It was a hilarious and entertaining activity!

We dearly appreciate all you mums out there, how you have sacrificed again and again for your children. But they will never go unnoticed and unappreciated, you have made so much of impact in your families through your unwavering love.

May God continue to bless you and guide you as you continue to live a life of love and service
