Yesterday, COACH Joel warmed us up with an easy game: throwing a medicine ball back and forth. Whoever dropped it, had to do 5 squats 😂 This was then followed up with a 3km or 5km Run/Walk.
We are incredibly lucky to also see some wildlife running around 🐕🦆🐿 during our training sessions, while also enjoying the fresh outdoors.

Runners often bemoan their tight hips, quads, hamstrings and ankles, and those problem areas are frequently the cause of injuries. To counteract this, we held a mobility session with Magda yesterday.
Mobility training is an important component of any runner's routine as it helps to improve range of motion and flexibility, as well as build strength and stability.

Research done by Wits - University of the Witwatersrand show that road running/walking in South Africa has increased by a whopping 11% year on year – 2020 to 2024.
