We don't pay tithe, but we return Tithe and offering. We don't return Tithe & Offering because we want God to Bless us; But because we are blessed by Him already. Tithe and Offering returned is a token of appreciation to God for what He has done for us. Generous giving, does not end in giving tithe and offering but you can still keep some money apart for mission. There is a lot of blessings when you challenge God in giving. Everything you have plus including your life belongs to God. Whenever you have the opportunity to give, please give to God's work and to your neighbours. May God bless you.
