When the devil wants to deceive you he makes you look like you have an option to choose between prayer and the word and then he indoctrinates you and carries stage advantage of your passion for knowledge and keeps you to be cold, dry and lukewarm. which all of a sudden you begin to search scriptures like a philosopher and there's no power, no grace, no efficiency in you.
