It has been said that there is no any equipment for detecting Covid-19 in north eastern States of Nigerian and many other northern states including Kano.

Among all the memorable events of the year, Christmas is one of the most-awaited festivals. And preparation for this day starts much before the day arrives. People start planning for the festival, buying gifts for friends and family, making travel plans, preparing cakes and selecting the Christmas Tree and the festivities add warmth to the cold December days. Christmas Day, which is celebrated on December 25, marks the birth of Jesus Christ. Given the importance of the day, prayer sessions are held in churches and people's houses from the night of December 24 itself. The streets reverberate with the sound of musical carols and happy laughter as people forget all their grievances and celebrate the beautiful and auspicious day together. The air is filled with positivity as people visit each other's places to exchange gifts and celebrate the festival. Although Christmas is a festival observed by Christians, it is celebrated by people across the world irrespective of their religion. The president of the National Association of Tafawa balewa Students NATABS Comrade Yakubu Ibrahim Natural is here by calling the federal government of Nigeria to quickly react on the ongoing Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) strike. The strike which began on 4th November,2018 is said to be indefinite and comprehensive by the National Strike Coordinating Committee (NSCC) of ASUU. Earlier on the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has called the ASUU leave the issue for now resume. We NATABS are here pleading on behalf of all the students of Nigerian universities, that Federal Government should call ASUU and negotiate immediately. So that our students will not be left helpless at home doing nothing.
