Today, we stand together in solidarity with refugees around the world.
On this day, let us honor their resilience, courage, and humanity. Each displaced person carries a story of survival, hope, and the unwavering quest for a better tomorrow.
Let us not only recognize their plight but also amplify their voices and advocate for their rights.
Together, we can build a world where compassion triumphs over adversity, where borders dissolve into bridges, and where every individual, regardless of their origin finds safety, dignity, and a place to call home.
Cholera is a deadly disease. It is caused by the bacterium Vibrio cholerae and spreads through contaminated water and food. If untreated, it can rapidly lead to severe dehydration and death.
About a week ago, Lagos State, Nigeria, has been grappling with an outbreak of cholera, reporting 17 confirmed cases and tragically, 15 fatalities. The situation is alarming, with 350 suspected cases. This outbreak serves as a reminder of the critical importance of clean water and proper hygiene practices.
Everyone has a role to play in preventing cholera.
Let's join efforts to raise awareness about cholera prevention and take decisive action to safeguard public health. Together, through awareness and action, we can mitigate the impact of cholera outbreaks and save lives.
Today, on the International Day for the Elimination of Sexual Violence in Conflict, we stand in solidarity with survivors and reaffirm our commitment to a world free from gender-based violence.
In Nigeria, particularly in states like Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe, sexual violence in conflict remains a severe human rights violation, inflicting enduring trauma on people and communities.
FAME Foundation is committed to combating gender-based violence through education, support, and advocacy.
Together, let's amplify the voices of survivors, demand justice, and strive toward a future where everyone can live without the fear of violence.
Gathered with loved ones, hearts united in celebration, Eid Al Adha, a time for reflection, gratitude, and the spirit of giving.

Eid Mubarak to all our Muslim brothers and sisters.
On this Democracy Day, we reflect on our journey and renew our commitment to unity and progress.

Let's work together to build a brighter, and more prosperous Nigeria where every voice matters.
