Rose for Mother

A man stopped at a flower shop to order some flowers to be wired to his mother who lived two hundred miles away. As he got out of his car he noticed a young girl sitting on the curb sobbing. He asked her what was wrong and she replied, “I wanted to buy a red rose for my mother. But I only have seventy-five cents, and a rose costs two dollars.”

The man smiled and said, “Come on in with me. I’ll buy you a rose.” He bought the little girl her rose and ordered his own mother’s flowers. As they were leaving he offered the girl a ride home. She said, “Yes, please! You can take me to my mother.” She directed him to a cemetery, where she placed the rose on a freshly dug grave.

The man returned to the flower shop, canceled the wire order, picked up a bouquet and drove the two hundred miles to his mother’s house.

Moral: Life is Short. Spend much time as you can loving and caring people who love you. Enjoy each moment with them before it’s too late. There is nothing important than family.

All believers have been given " saving faith" by God as the only means of salvation, but not all believer are given spiritual gift of faith.

Who is the destroyed along with the lusts of the world?
It is he/she who thinks that he has enjoyed the lusts of the world but after death,he is not counted worthy in the kingdom of God his creator . you have come into this world but do you have a place in the kingdom of God after your death? Let me share a good news with you in john 14:6. Jesus said unto him I am the way ,the truth and the life ,no man comes unto the father ,but by me ! For anyone who has come into this world to have a place in the kingdom of God , jesus christ is the way. Your situation is not hopeless. You can still make a wise decision today by accepting jesus Christ into your life as your lord and saviour. The word of God tells us in john 1:12 - but as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God.

DOES GOD THINK OF ME?
We are going to let search us. We want to find out if possible just what he thinks for us. Our prayer will be the cry of the psalmist. Search me. O God , and know my hearty : try me and know my thoughts and see if there be any wicked way in me psalm 139:23-24.
And may he turn the searchlight of his holy spirit upon us until we are able to see ourselves as he sees us.man may give the very opposite report of us to what God would give. They may praise while to condemns , or they may condemn where he praises, even they may be deceived in us. Man looketh on the outward appearance but God looked on the heart. I sam.16:7. Our only desire is to discover what God thinks of us
