For me this book bears so much history in each pages.

I first read it when I was 12 and it was given to me by my cousin.

He asked me to finish it in 1 week.

How much 1 book can transform the mind of a child and determine the trajectory of his life.

Though this is not the original old copy which I read but it bears same message.

Im going back to my reading target. 1 chapter a day💡.

We have a new asset in the heart of Admiralty drive.

I have a history with Admiralty drive, its where I carried out my first two real estate projects with Palatial concept Links.

Back then (between 2021 to early 2022) we sold lands for as cheap as 800k to 1m.

Now those lands are worth between 3 to 4m.

Visiting Admiralty drive again took me down memory lane and I am impressed at the kind of development that has happened there over such short period of time.

Now we have an asset that is selling for 2m in this fast developing site.

After our free masterclass on Saturday I discovered i have not felt as fulfilled as I felt that day in a while.

In 2014 two years after my secondary school education i got a job in a primary school as a teacher while i was waiting for admission.

The one year I spent Teaching those primary 5 kids is one of my most fulfilled experience so far in my life.

Today at the SolAcademy free Master class I held the teaching marker pen for the first time since 2015 and it felt really fulfilling.

Yes I have organized several webinars and few physical trainings but never have I actually stood as a teacher to teach since 2015 when i left my teaching Job because I gained admission into the university.

Honestly today further proved to me that there’s a strong seed of teaching that has been planted in me which I have kept hidden for too long.

For those who know me closely you’ll know I was raised by my Aunt who is a seasoned teacher, she raised me from age 10 to university. While living with her she not only taught me morals but also made me see the beauty of the teaching career.

Also I will tell you for free that my Paternal grandfather (Nnamezie) was a seasoned teacher.

From 19th of February I will open my heart to teach those who have registered for the SolAcademy, I will teach from a deep place in my heart because indeed this is something I find fulfillment doing.

Two days ago I got a courtesy visit from the CEO of Palatial Concept Links Mr Chidi Okoye and a major Partner in the company Mr Francis Okocha.

When you stay true and loyal to one brand which you are completely confident and comfortable with, it creates a deeper kind of bond, and brings you to a space where the leaders of that company start seeing you as part of the family and they start unveiling several hidden codes and secrets to you on how to scale and become a leader in the real estate space.

Also, there’s a saying that how you treat someone’s business is how people will treat yours. I beg to differ, I strongly believe that how you treat someone else’s business is exactly how you will treat your own.

Because not long from now when you are established and want to start your own thing you will apply same carefree and nonchalant attitude or same habit of excellence into your own business.

Stay loyal, develop competence and don’t burn bridges easily.

The world has always belonged to Builders. Political power is very good and has its own positives but it is transient.

On the other hand as a builder you have a lot of legacies standing tall and telling a story of greatness even long after you.

Yes! the political class gets all the credits and spotlight but the builders control the soul of the city and the economics there in.

Imagine the Roman Empire, we know it to be built by powerful Emperors.

But alas! have you stopped to ponder who were those men who brought the emperor’s vision to reality?

The emperor doesn’t own most of the structures put up in Rome he must have gone into public private partnerships, by giving out lands for real estate developers to develop or possibly waving tax so that entrepreneurs will thrive or even giving money to big corporations to carry out certain deals all in the name of building Rome.

Those people are the real controllers of the city.

Political Power is good and I associate well with politicians but personally I prefer to be a builder.

Maybe its because I come from a clan of “Onye luo o rie” (He who works will eat) or possibly its because of the path I took in life, one way or another I am a builder and my legacies will outlive even my generation 💡

After the Opening of the Solan Afrique Nig LTD Hq, I and my group of closest friends (House of Boget) went on a “Boys trip” to Macarthy beach of the Ethiope river in Abraka Delta state.

It was indeed a long overdue rest after a long business season.

The December/ January season is one of the most hectic and engaging for every real estate organization or real estate consultant.

This one in particular has been very challenging for me, with so many deadlines namely:

At some point I experienced mental breakdowns but through the Grace of God we over achieved beyond our expectations.

These past 3 days has really reminded me of the essence and importance of something we often ignore which is quality time with friends and family.

Family and friends is a very important part of our lives and its very important we don’t let crazy schedules deny us these moments with them.

Like my brother Courage Bara said

“Taking a good rest is also part of the process”

Sometimes take a break and rest.

The spike in house rent in Asaba became a major problem from 2021.

The regular market woman, student, artisan and some corporate people could no longer afford decent housing or had to loose an arm to do so.

This is a good thing to the real estate investors but a doomsday for the “common man”.
