While Dad was polishing his new car ,his 4 year old son picked stone & scratched lines on, the side of the car.
In his anger, Dad took the child's hand & hit it many, times, not Realizing he was using a wrench
At the hospital, his child said 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?'Dad was so hurt
He went back to car and kicked it a lot of times
Sitting back he looked at the scratches, child wrote 'I LOVE YOU DAD'
Anger and Love have no limits
At Ella-Henri School we emphasize the importance of parents children relationship
At Ella-Henri School we believe in teaching children teamwork!
The ability to work together with others as part of a team is not simply a skill needed at school, it is a vital skill used in all areas of life.
School is, however, an excellent time to cultivate the teamwork ethos your child will then draw from throughout their life.

Building your relation ship with your child
Soften strong reactions; kids will tune you out if you appear angry or defensive.
Express your opinion without putting down theirs; acknowledge that it's okay to disagree.
Resist arguing about who is right. Instead say, "I know you disagree with me, but this is what I think."
Focus on your child's feelings rather than your own during your conversation.

BONDING WITH YOUR CHILD
Start the conversation; it lets your kids know you care about what's happening in their lives.
Find time each week for a one-on-one activity with each child, and avoid scheduling other activities during that time.
Learn about your children's interests — for example, favorite music and activities — and show interest in them.
Initiate conversations by sharing what you have been thinking about rather than beginning a conversation with a question
Meet our 2014 graduating class. You all are just beautiful . Thank you for making teaching a happy profession.
Tips for choosing the right shoe for your child
►There should be about half an inch of room between the edge of the shoe toe and the edge of your child’s toes.
►Never buy shoes that are more than one size too large for your child.
►Shoes that are too big can cause a child to trip
►The heel of the shoe should rest comfortably but not tightly around the back of your child’s heel.
COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR CHILD
When your children are talking about concerns, stop whatever you are doing and listen.
Express interest in what they are saying without being intrusive.
Listen to their point of view, even if it's difficult to hear.
Let them complete their point before you respond.
