If you meet someone online, keep the conversation balanced and take time to understand who the other person is.

My dear Christian brothers,

Being holy and godly does not justify using the Scriptures to mask your weaknesses when wooing a woman you love and want to marry.

Which one is "God told me you’re my wife," "I saw you in my dream as my wife," and "If you don’t get married to me, you’ll miss your destiny." Ahhhh! brotherly... this are not effective or respectful ways to approach a woman na.

It's important to woo a woman sincerely and authentically without implying that you're the only one who hears from the Lord. Remember, our God is not an author of confusion.

Uncle, be prepared for the possibility of rejection. If a woman declines your advances, that's perfectly okay. She won't miss her destiny or purpose in life simply because she rejected you, last last there is no Marriage in heaven.

Go and start conversations with a woman as a responsible and reasonable individual and minimize all the "God said" language and avoid using prayer points or scriptural readings to influence her decision. Some will even use the voice they use in speaking in tongues combined with KING JAMES ENGLISH. Let me just keep quite and move on.

See, your daily lifestyle should reflect love and kindness towards others. Speaking to a woman with overly spiritual or threatening language (that's how they see all the "God said" you come with), is not productive. Be calming down abeg.

You stay God will not speak to the woman on your behalf ko? So express your intentions as an adult. Refrain from using "God said" as a shield since your name isn't Amos or Isaiah speaking to the Children of Israel.

Your challenges and reason of rejection may not be due to spiritual attacks (village people) or a lack of attractiveness (you carry something for body), but rather a need for better communication.
