What’s the deal with p***c hair?
The purpose of p***c hair is to protect us, just like the hair around your ears, nose, and eyes. It keeps the skin of your v***a warm and moisturized. It protects the delicate skin from friction during s*xual activity. It keeps dust, dirt, and germs away from the va**na to prevent infection. Researchers even suspect p***c hair may play a role in s*xual attraction and s*xual pleasure.
What’s more, the va**na is a self-cleaning organ. If you sense a little body odor, it’s because your p***c hair is doing its job of trapping sweat, oil, and bacteria. To care for your p***c area, all you need to do is regularly rinse with water.
Long story short, there is nothing dirty or unclean about p***c hair. There is no medical reason to remove it. And yet, many people feel pressured to shave or wax because of our society’s long-standing ideas of gender, beauty, and purity. (This is all very American. Women in other cultures are far less likely to groom their p***c hair.)
Still, some people choose to groom their p***c hair out of comfort or personal preference. If you wish to groom your p***c hair, it’s important to learn safe ways to go about it.
Your options for p***c hair removal
Trimming
Trimming is the safest option because it shortens your p***c hair without cutting close to the skin, which can lead to injury or infection. You can use scissors or a trimming tool marketed for use on p***c hair, or even tools made for trimming beards. Because of the low risk of infection, trimming is the way to go if you have a weakened immune system due to diabetes, chemotherapy, or another medical reason.
Shaving
Shaving cuts the hair close to the skin. I’m not a big fan of shaving your p***c hair because it can hurt sensitive skin, leading to rashes, ingrown hairs, and infection. If you choose to shave, use a new, clean razor every time, as used razors can carry bacteria.

Reasons you have cramps with no period.🧐
Certain medical conditions can cause cramping and irregular periods. These include:
Endometriosis: This condition occurs when tissue similar to the lining of your uterus grows outside the uterus. Endometriosis can cause pelvic pain, cramping, and irregular periods.
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID): This is an infection of the reproductive organs. PID can cause pelvic pain, cramping, and irregular periods.
Uterine fibroids: These are benign tumours that grow in the muscle wall of the uterus. Fibroids can cause pelvic pain, cramping, and heavy or irregular periods.
Starting, stopping, or switching birth control methods can sometimes cause temporary changes in your menstrual cycle, including cramping without a period. This is especially common with hormonal birth control methods like the pill or the implant. Your cycle should typically regulate itself after a few months of using a new birth control method.
Early pregnancy can sometimes cause cramping, which can be mistaken for a period. This cramping is caused by the fertilised egg implanting itself in the uterine lining. If you're s*xually active and experiencing cramping without a period, along with other early pregnancy symptoms like nausea, fatigue, or breast tenderness, it's important to take a pregnancy test.
While cramps without a period are sometimes nothing to worry about, there are situations where it's best to see a doctor. Here are some red flags:
The cramps are severe and persistent.
You experience unusual va**nal bleeding or discharge.
You have other concerning symptoms like fever, nausea, or vomiting.
You've missed several periods in a row (especially if you're not pregnant or on birth control).
Don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with your doctor if you're experiencing cramps without a period and you're concerned. They can perform a physical exam, order tests if necessary, and help you determine the cause of your symptoms and recommend the best course of treatment.Jibem's caree🧡

Health tips for the pregnant mother's 👇
During pregnancy, a sore lower abdomen can occur due to muscle pain, gas, constipation, or more serious causes like infection or preterm labor.
From the first day of morning sickness(when you realized you really were pregnant) to the lower back pain you now feel as your baby bump grows, it may seem every single day of your pregnancy comes with some type of discomfort.
You probably expected many common discomforts (especially since you’ve gotten ample warnings about pregnancy pains from friends, family, and even strangers on the street). However, it can still be nerve wracking when something doesn’t feel quite right.
One question you may struggle with is when to notify your doctor. You don’t want to be the pregnant mom who cried wolf, but you also don’t want anything to go wrong for you and your growing baby.
If you’re feeling low belly pain, it can be comforting to know that it’s usually normal and simply a part of the developing pregnancy.
To help you figure out the exact reason for that low belly ache, we’ve included a list of possible causes for the pain (common and more serious) as well as some of the warning signs that mean it’s time to alert your medical provider.
When should you see your doctor about low belly pain when pregnant?
While it’s not always clear cut when you should notify your doctor about lower belly pain, if the pain is accompanied by any of the following, you should notify your doctor right away:
bleeding
fever
chills
pain when urinating
unusual discharge
lightheadedness
vomiting
You should notify your doctor if you are feeling extreme levels of pain in the lower belly. Most of the more common causes of low belly pain will cause only mild to moderate levels of pain. Prolonged periods of pain or intense pain are an indicator to slow down and reach out to your doctor.
