The Funmi Omo Initiative (FOI) is a passion project and the brainchild of Mrs.
Funmi Omo, MD/CEO of Enterprise Life Nigeria; Founder, Funmi Omo Initiative and a renowned leadership authority and role model for young people. I think my role being the first of five largely also helped to shape my leadership qualities, because I had to look after my siblings. I had to mentor and lead them, care for them and give them direction. Unconsciously, I was building up these traits of a leader. By and large, that must have helped me begin the journey without realising it.
