WOMAN OVULATION & HOW TO BE PREGNANT & HOW TO NOT.

Ovulation simply means, the day the woman's egg is fully mature and bust out from follicle in the o***y, this is when a woman can be pregnant if she meets a man.

There are many methods and signs to know if a woman is ovulating such as:

1. Calculation days
2. Cervical mucus.
3. Breast Soreness or Tenderness.
4. Mild pelvic or lower Abdominal pain.
5. Libido changes.
6. Changes in the cervix.
7. Through using ovulation strip.etc

But, there are two major methods we will use here, which is calculation and mucus method.

Usually, a woman has a chance of becoming pregnant only during 8 days of her monthly cycle, these 8 days come Midway between her period s, beginning 10 days after the first day of menstrual bleeding..

For example, suppose your period begins on the 1st day of December, count this day as day number 1, as this, in your calendar and mark... As it's in the diagram bellows.

Then, count 10 days starting with first day you start your menstruation and put line or sign at the next 8 days like the diagram=. December.

And egg can stays 2 days after ovulation day in a woman before dropping..

Method no-2. This is known as mucus day.
