Mrs. Bimbo Oloyede is a distinguished figure in the realms of broadcasting, gender advocacy, and communication training, boasting an illustrious career spanning nearly five decades. Her journey began in 1975 when she joined the then NBC/TV as an assistant producer, marking the inception of her remarkable trajectory in the broadcasting industry. Over time, she transitioned to the Presentation Department and eventually became a pioneering member of NTA's Network News team, earning the distinction of being the first woman to cast NETWORK NEWS on Nigerian Television.

Subsequently, embarked on a collaborative journey with her husband, venturing into independent radio and television production, presenting, moderating, and compering. Her dedication to gender equality and empowerment led her to establish The Women's Optimum Development Foundation (WODEF), a platform through which she partnered with esteemed organizations such as UNFPA, UN Women, UNIC, USAID, UNDP, the Canadian Government, and the British Council. Together, they convened workshops, produced impactful radio jingles and TV dramas, and advocated for the eradication of gender-based violence.

As the CEO and Lead Consultant at Strictly Speaking, Mrs. Oloyede has dedicated the last 25 years to training clients in elocution, public speaking, and communication skills. Her expertise in this field is showcased through her publications, including "STRICTLY SPEAKING: Pronunciation Made Easy" and "STRICTLY SPEAKING: An Oral Guide for Schools and Colleges," both of which have received approval for use by Senior Secondary Schools.

Throughout her career, her passion for self-improvement has remained constant. After undergoing personal experiences and epiphanies, she found her calling in life-coaching, a career path that perfectly aligned with her interests and values.

With extensive training from different parts of the world, Tochi transitioned into the role of a Wellness Consultant. She is dedicated to raising awareness about wellness and helping more individuals achieve a balanced state of being. To facilitate this, she developed the concept of the seven dimensions to wellness—a simple yet comprehensive framework aimed at helping people understand, apply, and benefit from wellness practices in their daily lives. Kemistree emerged victorious at prestigious events such as the Goethe Institute Poetry Slam (WORDSLAM 2011), Eko Poetry Slam 2014, and Abuja Literary Slam 2015. Notably, she was also named Poet of the Year at Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2016 and received recognition at the SWAAP Awards 2016, The Poetry Court, and the Enugu Poetry Slam, among others.

Her talent has graced numerous esteemed platforms, including the Black Heritage Festival organized by LABAF, the Wole Soyinka @80 poetry tour, and the Lagos International Poetry Festival.
