*Lagoshoms Launches, Unveils its Service Charter Document.*

Its a dream comes through today as Lagos State Mortgage Board (Lagoshoms) attained its service charter status with the launching and unveiling its charter Document at its NECA House office, Alausa, Ikeja.

Speaking at the launching, a former PS in the State and who was part of the Service Charter Team, Princess Adenike Ajayi went down memory lane to establish the importance of excellent service delivery in the state which led to the idea of Service Charter Document for all MDAs in the State.

Earlier in his welcome address, the GM/CEO, Mr Bayowa Foresythe emphasized the need for excellent service delivery in the State through the provisions of affordable homes for qualified Lagos Residents. Thus, the need for the launching and unveiling of the Service Charter Document. He went further to reiterate the mandate of the Board i.e. reducing housing deficit in Lagos State.

GM Lagoshoms, Mr Bayowa Foresythe Celebrates SANWO-OLU/ HAMZAT Victory at Polls, Commends Staff for their Efforts in the Realization of this Great Mandate at their various LGAs/LCDAs yesterday at the NECA house office of the Board.

Our GM/CEO at Lagoshoms Mr Bayowa Foresythe at the Alimosho APC RALLY yesterday 23rd December, 2022 with Mr Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Dr kadiri obafemi hamzat with other political leaders in Alimosho.

Another great mission accomplished as Lagoshoms successfully organised a Stakeholder forum for the Residents of Sango-tedo Scheme yesterday 17th December, 2022.
Speaking at the forum, the GM enjoined all the Residents to be keep their environment clean, be safety conscious and all take ownership of the properties.
He went further to empathize with the Residents on various challenges being experienced in the Estate and promised to expedite actions in ending the situations.
Eminent Professionals were on ground, who delivered lectures on Insurance, Environmental Health and Safety as well as Fire Safety measures.

*Lagoshoms Organises Stakeholder Forum For Mushin Scheme, Donates Fire Equipment to Residents.*

As directed by Mr Governor, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Lagos State Mortgage Board, led by the GM had a very robust and successful Stakeholders' engagement on Maintenance and Safety with the Residents of Mushin Scheme at Olu Aina street, mushin yesterday 5th November, 2022.
Speaking on the importance of the forum, Mr Bayowa Foresight enjoined the Residents to be safety conscious, have a good building and environment culture and above all continue to pay their monthly installments as when due so that the State government can continue to build more schemes thereby reducing the housing decifit experience in the State.
At the end of the programme, some Fire Equipment were handed over to the Residents.

*Lagoshoms Engage Chief Babatunde Benson Residents in Ibeshe on Maintenance and Safety*

As directed by Mr Governor, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, the Management and the entire Staff of Lagos State Mortgage Board led by the GM Mr Bayowa Forsythe had a very successful Stakeholders' Forum yesterday Saturday 15th October, 2022, for the Residents of Chief Babatunde Olusola Benson Estate in Ibeshe.

Speaking to the Residents at the forum, the GM enjoined them to adhere strictly with the presentations of various professionals, ranging from Insurance, Environmental Health and Safety as well as Fire prevention and control.

The GM Mr Bayowa Forsythe who was also flanked by the Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCA, Hon. Olusesan Daini, went further to reiterates the need for the Residents to also adhere with the Rules of Engagement as stipulated in their offer letters as it will guarantee the continuous development of these affordable Housing Estate in the State.

As part of recognition in its role of Reducing Housing deficit in Nigeria and particularly in Lagos State, the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) has paid a courtesy visit to our GM/CEO at Lagoshoms today 6th October, 2022.
This as well, is serving as a preliminary invitation to the Builders Conference coming up later in the month.

HON BAYOWA FORESYTHE GREET LAGOSIANS.

The MD/CEO Lagos Homes has congratulated the good people of Lagos State as we celebrate the 62nd independence anniversary.

In a statement issued in ikeja Lagos, Hon Foresythe urged Lagosians, particularly the youth to celebrate the 62nd independence anniversary with love and peace.

In a message, Hon Foresythe added that Lagosians should be patient with the Administration of Governor Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu as more homes will be delivered and commissioned in the months ahead.

More Lagos resident will own a home in Lagos State, He said.

Foresythe urged resident of Lagos State to obtain Lagos Homes form online for free as our homes is affordable and easy to pay.

Lagoshoms GM led the entire Management Team of the Board yesterday 22nd September, 2022 to visit Sango-tedo Scheme in an attempt to ascertain the level of Construction going on in the second phase of the 1188 homes, as Lagos Residents are yarning for more of these Homes as promised by Mr Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu who had commissioned and delivered the first phase of 744 homes in December 2021.

*GM LAGOSHOMS VISITS LKJ GARDENS.*

As directed by Mr Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, our GM/CEO paid an early morning unscheduled visit to LKJ Gardens at Igando today Sunday 18th September, 2022, on a fact finding mission about the facility management and the relationship among the Residents, the facility management as well as the Estate Executives.
This is done in order to have a first hand information about the on- goings in the 492 flats Estate commissioned by the Governor about three years ago.
He seized the opportunity to see the shopping complex which is under construction. Also with the GM entourage is the Scheme Officer, Mr Tayo Arowolo.

Retired PS Housing, Alhaji Wasiu Akewusola Commends Our Own General Manager who chaired the PS Retirement planning committee, for a very surprising and memorable Retirement Celebration which lasted for a week.
The ceremony which started on Thursday last week was concluded yesterday June 22nd, 2022, that marked the birthday of the celebrant.

On behalf of the GM, CS, Management and other members of Staff at LMB, I wish Alhaji Wasiu Akewusola the very best of life in retirement. Amen.

It was a memorable as well as an excellent experience yesterday at the LASUTH football pitch where the housing family played a novelty match as a mark of honour for the retirement ceremony of our PS.
This occasion was chaired by our own adorable GM, who is also the chairman of the planning committee.
The match ended 3-1 in favour of the female bombers.
