The best thing we will give to our children and younger ones in this generation is our cultural heritage, and also encourage them to preserve it, and transfer it to their children.

EBONYI STATE ECONOMICALLY.....

Economically, Ebonyi state is known for farming. Ebonyi have fertile land for growing different crops like.....Rice, yam, cassava, mazie, and many others. Farming is source of income and means of living for many Ebonyians within Ebonyi state.
But the some of the problems farming are facing in Ebonyi are.....

1: Lack of education and orientation on modern way of farming, most of farms in rural areas are ignorant of modem farming methods that will be of great help to them.

2: Fund and financial support for farmers is one of the big problem facing farmers in Ebonyi state. On this farmers should need to form co-operation and unite to have greater strength to get financial strength .

3: Insecurity of farmers and their farms is another problem face by Ebonyi state farmers.

There are other challenges and problems faced by Ebonyi state farmers, but the point is that the farmers need education, and unity among themselves to solve this problems.

Farming is what Ebonyi state is known for, is the heritage of our People which we have to sustain and preserve. Ebonyians and the Ebonyi state government should do all they can, to sustain the Agricultural heritage of Ebonyi people. We have great heritage, because any nation or state that have farmers or are known for farming can never go hungry. Farmers are the life sustainer in any state. More strength to our farmers.

In igbo culture in the olden days, children belong to all not only to the family or the parents. Children belong to all the society (Nwa bu Nwa Oha), because of this believe, parenting or the work of raising children in the olden days, rest on the shoulders of everyone that is close to the child, who may be there parents, neighbours, elders, seniors, teachers in the school etc.
But it is not so today, because of the changes in the society, but the main Aim of this writeup is to remind people that, mostly people that stay close to children who are not their immediate parents, you may live in the same compound with them, or be their neighbours. I want this kind of people to know that this children that usually see you are being influenced by what they see you do.
Adults should be very careful on the way they live their lives, or what they do, mostly where children is, weather you are their parents or not, know it that this children learn from you, mostly if you are close to them. Let your actions and behaviours influence any body close to you, mostly Children positively, as they learn from what they see you do. Happy Sunday
