Hello,
We just started Salmon Cutlet Teishoku as our new menu.

We hope you will enjoy the crispy exterior and tender interior, achieved by breading and deep frying salmon.

The skin and bones are removed so the fish smell is minimal.

Although Shrimp Cutlet Teishoku has been removed from our menu, we hope you will enjoy the new Japanese-style Teishoku at Isshin.

New Gyoza here it comes! Shiso Pork Gyoza (しそ餃子)👏🏻🥟 It consists of abundant vegetables including shiso and pork. You will experience a hint of refreshing shiso (perilla) flavor☺️

So... what is shiso?
It is the Japanese name for a popular Southeast Asian herb known for its jagged leaves and refreshing flavor. A member of the mint family, shiso has a unique flavor similar to basil and cilantro with subtle hints of cumin and cloves.

You want that special taste of Japan?😍 You have to try out ebi katsu (海老カツ) teishoku! It is a Japanese cutlet dish with minced shrimp. It is made from roughly chopped shrimp paste which is coated with panko (flaky breadcrumbs) and deep-fried. Enjoy it with our original tar tar sauce😋 P.S. you won’t be able to easily find this dish in any other place in amsterdam😉
