Our take on chicken salad. Pulled chicken, mayo, mustard, miso, rice vinegar, homemade pickled daikon, shredded carrot and scallion.

Potato salad
Japanese style creamy potato salad. semi messed potato, carrots, egg, chives mayo and rice vinegar.

Ton katsu
The OG Japanese pork sandwich. Brined Zuiderzee pork filet, breaded in house and deep fried for the juiciest pork. Served with mayo, crispy cabbage with sweet and tangy bulldog sauce.

The story behind the sando: Mackerel Sando  

Our mackerel sando represents both our Dutch heritage and our love for the Japanese sando. We use a traditional Dutch smoked mackerel as a base where we then mix in Japanese flavors. We use wasabi instead of horse radish to give the sando a mild kick. To add texture, cucumber is added in the middle of the sando so that the fattiness of the fish and the strong flavor of the wasabi is broken down as you eat this delicious combo.
