☘️ Rhubarb and strawberry crumble with toasted white chocolate, coconut and cardamom ice cream

Lunch service today:
☘️ Lemon and ricotta ravioli with brown butter and sage
☘️ Seared sea bass with miso mustard sauce, roast parsnip puree and summer vegetables
☘️ Brita cake with fresh berries and cream

Today we had the honor to cater for the Norwegian Constitution Day celebrations!
Gratulerer met dagen!

Monday morning and freshly baked rye bread 😍! Finnish rye bread is made of only a few ingredients.
It's full of fiber and nutrients and packed with intense flavor!

See you next weekend at the traditional picnic?
We will be there with smoked salmon, bbq sausages and Long Drink!
And hopefully some ☀️☀️☀️!
