I’m really sorry to tell you that Al Ninen will close definitely, Amsterdam is not an easy city anymore, parking, the peoples, the employes and the flowing competition is very hard. I came here 25 years ago first time and Amsterdam come in my ❤️
We are in the globalization and all the multinational companies are too strong for survive. So I’m tired, I don’t have energies to continued anymore. I have been fighting with neighbours and the owner, most they fighting together without think of us. Try to understand what I mean:
We are italian sorry for this. We are not dutch. I hope finally to find somebody that take my business with the same love and passion that I used in this 5 years. I love you all, most the one that appreciate the difference of the quality between us and others. We made our best❣️

Zondag 20 Oktober bij Al Ninen organizer ik een diner over de keuken van Calabria .
We beginnen met een aperitief en daarna gaan we serveren de eerste gang , calamari in de Pan met een saus van witte azijn. Als tweede gang wordt mezzelune gevuld met aubergine in tomaten saus met varkens worst en nduja.
Het hoofdgerecht is gestoofde wilde zwijn.
Ten slot de chienulille tipisch dessert uit Calabria.
Jullie zijn van harte welkoom.
P.S Voor vegetarianen wordt castagne soep ipv de inktvis en gevulde groenten ipv vlees

Scusate il ritardo ma domenica prossima il 20 Ottobre, organizziamo una cena a base di pietanze calabresi. Si comincerà con un aperitivo e poi si proseguirà con dei calamari all'aceto, seguiti da mezzelune di melanzane con salsiccia e nduja. Dopo di che verrà servito della carne di cinghiale stufato.
Concluderemo con delle chienulille, tipico dolce calabrese.
Che ne dite? P.s. Naturalmente per i vegetariani ci sono piccole variazioni, tipo una crema di castagne e come secondo verdure ripiene.
