ect and a designer. Now a varied group of young designers and trainees are an important help in project development. The passion of Min2 relays on sustainable and expressive buildings suited to the location and performed in a high quality craftsmanship. Folloing these principles, Min2 works from urban planning up to product design. Our specializations are residential building, urban planning, offices and public and product design. In fact, in 2003, Maarten and Jetty Min started a laboratory for study and innovation called ATLJ Min. Research, new products and dreams are started and elaborated in this atelier. We are designing a Dune House Collection with several dwellings and interior objects with the same starting points as the Dune House. The craft materials and the visible construction give form to a kind of living engaged to nature. Rich in expression, but not in price, the beauty of this more basic new luxury promotes the experience of living over the accumulation of expensive things. A very important part of our concept is to consider ecological values and make minimal environmental impact. For this reason we devote considerable resources to finding sustainable construction and energy solutions. We offer two types of every house: one with an ephemera atmosphere and other with a more permanent character. The main differences relay on the size and the construction materials. So pick if you want to live comfortable or if you just want to enjoy some playful moments with your family. Tree house
The Tree house offers a unique experience with a contemporary design in the middle of nature. Here you can forget about the time constraints of everyday life, enjoy the serenity, and rejuvenate in a sophisticated yet familiar environment. It can be situated everywhere, in the back of a garden, a wood, etc. and it can be used private and as hotel accommodation. Pillar house
The pillar house offers you the opportunity of raising above the water, finding a safe solution for the historical Dutch fight against the sea. The Pillar house is designed for the Dutch areas below sea level, which is in the neighborhood or on the edge of the water. They are family houses in a small and in a bigger version, for people who want to live with a free spirit throughout the year. Floating house
The floating house is based on the mystic life on the water. The slow movement of the water channels rocks the house in a soothing way, perfect for a romantic lifestyle. Just sit on the edge with your feet in the water and feel the fresh breeze in your face. This peaceful image express the concept behind the floating house. City house
The City house is a typical Dutch canal house with free space as a new loft. We are designing them in several sizes and floors, adjusting the outside material to fit to the surroundings. Minimizing the number of divisions, you can maximize the time you share with your family. The open space sensation allows an easy and comfortable way of living. You are free to organize your own space as you want, being the architect of your home.
