Een 5-gangen seizoens menu bereid door Henrice en het team van Blumé met prachtige voorjaars ingrediënten, in combinatie met een exclusieve line up van bijpassende Bourgogne wijnen van Domaine Faiveley.

On Monday 13 May, Restaurant Blumé is hosting a fantastic gastronomic evening in collaboration with Domaine Faiveley.

A 5-course seasonal menu prepared by Henrice and the Blumé team with exquisite spring ingredients, paired with an exclusive lineup of matching Bourgogne wines from Domaine Faiveley.

Winemaker Matthieu from Faiveley will come all the way from France to Restaurant Blumé to personally explain the matching wines. A truly unique experience you don't want to miss!

Wist je dat de naam van restaurant Blumè een verbastering is van het woord bloem, wat weer afgeleid is van het woord bloei?

De thema's ‘natuur’ en ‘tijd’ zijn beide verweven met het woord ‘bloei.

Restaurant Blumé is een ontmoetingsplek en geeft even ademruimte in ons drukke bestaan. Voor onze menukaart zijn de natuur en de diversiteit van de seizoenen een grote bron van inspiratie.

Ook het logo van Blumé heeft een betekenis. Dit is namelijk een lijntekening die groeiringen uitbeeld.

Daarnaast zijn deze lijnen terug te vinden in verschillende ingrediënten uit onze keuken zoals oesters, sla, en ui.

Did you know that the name of restaurant Blumè is a twist of the Dutch word flower (bloem), which in turn is derived from the word bloom?

The themes of "nature" and "time" are both intertwined with the word "bloom.

Restaurant Blumé is a meeting place and provides a breathing room in our busy lives. For our menu, nature and the diversity of the seasons are a great source of inspiration.

Blumé's logo also has a meaning. It is a design that represents growth rings.

These lines are also found in various ingredients from our kitchen such as oysters, lettuce, and onions.
