Lisa’s choice: Cossetti Moscato d'Asti Gelsomora. 🍷

Renowed for its delicate bubbles. It has a bright, golden colour and an aroma of freshly picked grapes and flowers. The taste is sweet with notes of peach, apricot and honey. We’re happy to serve this beautiful Moscato as an aperitif or a dessert wine.

Yellow Tail Kingfish | Tiradito | Jabara | Aji amarillo

The origin of the Yellowtail Kingfish lies in Japan, but nowadays it is also cultivated in Zeeland, where it’s fed organically.

Prepared à la Tiradito which means it’s served raw, thinly sliced and with the sauce added just before serving.
