This month the monthly whisky is called since 1846.
Taste and feel Okinawa at SHIN☺️

わかめ (Wakame)

SHIN’s motto is “Feel the REAL Japan🇯🇵”

Wakame in the Netherlands has the same name as in japan but looks and flavor are totally different… so I was quite shocked😮

When come to SHIN, this is real Japanese Homemade Wakame salad!!
Can make you feel like you are in JAPAN🇯🇵💕

eat raw fish is since when I was little my favorite things in my life☺️
But in Netherlands fish quality are very different so it’s not easy can get nice quality like japan….

Luckily could meet that is why decided to our 1 year anniversary we serve wonderful bluefin tuna🐟 freshly caught from 🇪🇸 very happy could provide same quality like japan 🇯🇵

Who imagined…
When we visited green tea grower in 2017 October, I wished we could open a matcha cafe in the future☺️

Time goes by….
2022 July finally we started SHIN serving matcha and matcha ice cream☺️

Matcha has many different levels and quality is really different!!(I heard lots of matcha in overseas are actually not from Japan)

This is why we would like to share REAL matcha from Japan, with different quality levels to choose from.
So everyone can pick their favorite matcha and matcha ice cream☺️

邪払(jabara)

It became a popular cocktail at SHIN since April.
Jabara is a Japanese citrus, the big brother of yuzu and only grows in 1 city in Japan (Wakayama)🇯🇵Jabara is has more concentrated flavors than yuzu. Full of aroma and this leaf🍃is a secret 🤫

Also I like the meaning of name
”ward off evil”
Let’s be refreshing with Jabara cocktail !
