I see a lot of scams, with people recommending supplements.
Unfortunately, this is often a waste of time, money, and effort.
Some supplements, like weight-loss herbs and shakes, can even harm your mental and physical health.
The main reasons are:
😳 Taking supplements without a specific need or proper testing
😤 Overdosing on supplements, which can harm the body
😰 Supplements containing too few active ingredients
I understand the desire for:

🔋 Energy

However, supplements won’t help because they don’t drive the behavior changes needed to achieve these goals. What you need is:

Yesterday I got the question, is visceral fat bad?
Yeah 😬
Visceral fat is the kind of bad fat that tends to accumulate around the organs in our abdomen. If it becomes too large, it functions as an endocrine organ of its own, sending out hormones and disrupting our insulin balance.
This disruption can make us prediabetic or diabetic and can also contribute to the earlier onset of degenerative brain diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
This means that the interaction between the brain 🧠 and the body is much more significant than we ever thought and is likely to become even more important.
If people don’t recognize this and listen to their bodies—understanding what signs like body fat, fatigue, bloating, diarrhea, low energy, moodiness, weight plateau, brain fog, sleeplessness, and not able to relax mean—then that’s potentially a huge threat to their health, well-being, and longevity.
