Bring your donations to room AZ207 (second floor of the Academia building) on 18th December from 13:00 to 16:00.

The Erasmus Student Network, the largest student organisation supporting student mobilities in 44 European and Asian countries, has launched a new edition of its flagship research project, the ESNsurvey.

The data collection is open from 29th May until 31st July, and it targets students who have participated in exchange programmes or mobilities abroad during the last two years, as well as students who have not taken part in mobility yet. The survey can be filled out on esnsurvey.org.

As per many requests, we have organized another Sharing is Caring Day to donate your unwanted household items to the next generation of Tilburg University's international students. Come to the Intermezzo building, room I5, from 13:00 to 15:00 on Wednesday, the 21st of June. Please see the image below to check what items we can accept.

Sharing is Caring is back!

Are you leaving Tilburg soon, or simply having a spring clean of your accommodation? We warmly invite you to donate your unwanted household items to the next generation of Tilburg University's international students.

The aim of Sharing is Caring is to break the cycle of perfectly good household items ending up in the trash when students' time in Tilburg comes to an end. These items will instead be offered for free to new students who arrive on our Registration Days in August.

Come along to the Maranatha chaplaincy from 12:00 to 16:00 on Thursday 8th June. Please see the image below to check what kind of items we are able to accept.

Today, 9th May, is Europe Day! 🇪🇺

Europe Day celebrates Europe’s achievements and unity, and commemorates the signing of the Schuman Declaration on 9 May 1950. This ambitious plan to secure long-term peace in post-war Europe laid the early foundations for what is now the European Union.

In 2023, Europe stands together to tackle the most important issues of our time and build a better future for all Europeans.

We invite all students going on exchange in Fall 2023 to our Destination: Exchange Event on the 16th of March. You have received an e-mail containing information about the event, the program and the option to register!

For all returned exchange students from last semester, please register via the e-mail you received! For all incoming exchange students, you also received an e-mail to register.

Ieder jaar stelt het VSBfonds een groot aantal beurzen beschikbaar voor afgestudeerde studenten die graag verder willen studeren of onderzoek willen doen in het buitenland. Hiervoor is het fonds opzoek naar gemotiveerde studenten die willen bijdragen aan de Nederlandse maatschappij. Ben jij zo’n student met voldoende studieresultaten maar vooral extra-curriculaire activiteiten en lijkt het je leuk om 3 tot 24 maanden in het buitenland te studeren? Meld je dan aan een maak kans op een beurs ter waarde van maximaal €10.000! Aanmelden kan tot en met 1 maart 2023.

Sharing is caring! Today, ESN Tilburg, Vegan Student Association Tilburg and our Study Abroad & Exchange office (Tilburg University - Study Abroad) joined forces to collect household items that people (for example students who are leaving Tilburg) didn't need anymore.♻️

They want to help break the cycle of students wasting good products, because they are leaving soon and they don't know where else to take their things.✨The collected items can be picked up free of charge by new international students during the Registration Days.

Sharing is Caring is a new collaboration between the Study Abroad & Exchange Office, Vegan Student Association Tilburg and ESN Tilburg. Our aim is to break the cycle of good quality household items ending up in the trash when students leave Tilburg. Instead, we want to collect these items and donate them to the next generation of Tilburg University’s exchange students.

We invite you to bring your donations to the Tilburg University Chaplaincy - Studentenkerk Maranatha from 12:00 to 16:00 on Thursday 12th January. All donations that are collected will be offered to new exchange students who will arrive in Tilburg later this month during the Registration Day. Please pay attention to the second image to check what kind of items we are able to accept.

The Tilburg University Study Abroad & Exchange Team would like to extend our condolences and sympathies to our partner universities in South Korea after the tragic incident in Itaewon, Seoul on Saturday night. Our thoughts are with all those affected and their loved ones.

The 2022 edition of the Study Abroad Fair takes place on 4th October from 10:00 to 17:00. After two years of online editions, we are excited to welcome you to this hybrid edition in the Academia building and online. Come along to start exploring your options to study abroad in the academic year 2023-24, meet students who went on exchange in the past as well as international students from different countries that you might be interested in.

Next week our Destination: Exchange Event will take place! This event is aimed at Tilburg University students who have been selected to go on exchange abroad in the Spring 2023 semester.

My name is Naomi and I have been working as Study Abroad & Exchange Officer since May.

If you have the opportunity to go abroad, I encourage you to take it! I went on an exchange to Sweden, did an internship in Spain, traveled for months, and had the most amazing time. I would recommend everybody to step out of their comfort zone and to go abroad. I gained international experience during my time abroad and my study Tourism Management. I love working with different nationalities and to learn about their culture.
