🌟 Embracing the Unexpected 🌟

When I was in business school, people would raise their eyebrows when they discovered my love for yoga. Coming from Stavanger, the oil and energy city, it seemed like an unlikely combination. But guess what? Life loves surprises!

During my yoga path, I encountered another wave of astonishment when people learned about my business degree and Political Science background. It was only when I joined Kino’s program that everything clicked into place.

Running a yoga business demands a delicate balance between business analytics and the spiritual essence of yoga. It’s a beautiful fusion of two seemingly different worlds, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to embark on this journey.

Today, I’m proud to announce the launch of my very own startup. 🚀 I’m ready to face the twists and turns of this spiritual hustle.

Join me as I dive headfirst into the exhilarating world of entrepreneurship, where the power of business meets the serenity of the mat. Together, let’s create a space where mindfulness and success intertwine.

Stay tuned for updates, insights, and the occasional yoga pose. Let’s inspire each other to embrace the unexpected and find harmony in the most unlikely places. 🙏✨

Are you ready to conquer a new yoga challenge? Today, I’ll be teaching you how to do a drop backbend, an empowering pose that will take your practice to the next level.

Step 1: Warm up your body
Before attempting any backbend, it’s crucial to warm up your body. Start with some gentle stretches, focusing on your spine, shoulders, and hips. This will help loosen up your muscles and prevent any injuries.

Step 2: Find a stable base
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and engage your core. Ground down through your feet, feeling a sense of stability and balance. This will provide a strong foundation for your backbend.

Step 3: Lift your chest and gaze up
Inhale deeply and lift your chest towards the sky. Lengthen your spine and roll your shoulders back, creating space in your chest. Gently tilt your head back and fix your gaze on a point behind you. This will help prepare your body for the backbend.

Step 4: Bend backwards
As you exhale, start to slowly lean back, maintaining a strong core and engaged legs. Keep your gaze fixed on the same point behind you. Only go as far as feels comfortable for your body. Remember, it’s important to listen to your body and not push beyond your limits.

Step 5: Support your back
As you continue to lean back, you can choose to support your back with your hands. Place your palms on your lower back or sacrum, fingers pointing downwards. This will provide stability and support during the drop backbend.

Step 6: Breathe and relax
Once you’re in the drop backbend position, take slow and deep breaths. Allow your body to relax and surrender into the pose. With each inhale, feel your chest opening and expanding. With each exhale, release any tension or fear.

Step 7: Come out of the pose
To come out of the drop backbend, engage your core and Use your core strength to lift your torso back up to an upright position. Take a moment to stand tall and feel the effects of the pose in your. Enjoy the journey and the amazing benefits that come with mastering the drop backbend.
